Yes put the wax where you don't want it painted then peel it off when your done.

I'm not a professional on this but correct me if i'm wrong, if someone is a hard core gamer and their hands tend to sweat wont the paint rub off if you dont buy the right kind?

Depends on the kind of paint, but you could always spray enamel on it

Yeah don't use paint with any kind of rubber/latex and read the instruction put a lot of thin layers on it while you paint and once its dry it doesn't come off unless you did it wrong ;)

i would do that but my xbox is about to get rrod
