So basically we gotta spam the forum, in order to make posts in certain areas of the forum? Being a former forum admin, I can understand why you would need to do this for an established forum, but not such a great idea for forums still starting out.

You don't need to spam it you need to make an effort to become a member of the community. Everyone will just come and leave, with this in place people will make an effort and help contribute to our community that way it gives other something to talk, comment on, AND ads fuel to the fire
