Microsoft knew about scratching disks before release!

Document suggests MS knew about disc scratching - Xbox 360 News - Australia's PAL Gaming Network

It's good this is getting brought up in courts. Although I seriously think MS launched the console anyway, knowing full well that any legal fees from court cases will be insignificant compared to launching prematurely and getting the market share up. Haha, but I bet they weren't counting on the RRoD to pop it's head up as well!

So whaddya reckon, will we see another extended warranty to cover the disk drives now? Let's hope so!

Xbox360, despite its very apparent flaws, was Gaming World's ultimate change. MS will do what they do because well...they in some ways can be idiotic. NO FREAKIN DUH. Still people support MS because they rule, despite THEIR flaws.

Moral of this quick reply: Nobodys perfect and microsoft makes lots of peoplez mad.

Well I think everyone by now knows this is true, but no one is perfect. This is MS's second system and I bet they get better as time goes on.
