GoW2 Golden Weapon Mods

Alright, so here was a couple hour's of freetime. I got a golden hammerburst file converted to CON. It does work as dlc if you have the correct license with your profile.

Now here's an interesting thing about it. The containing file is 280 bytes long. It's just a simple .xml to determine a few settings. However one of these settings is for Weapon ID.
I do believe that since CON-packed golden weapons files work, we could therefore edit them to do what we want. This could be something such as starting out with different weapons such as the torque bow or sniper rifle.

Now I haven't had the time to research it further, so I'm just going to drop it off here and let you guys figure it out. The file does need to be properly hashed and signed, so don't try to just place it on your hard-drive without doing so.

Ya, once licenses can be figured out, I would love to build a program to mod your golden weapons. Being able to start out with a sniper rifle would completely and epically pwn.
