Ok so Kill_Seth told me to post a tutorial on where he is so here it goes...
Everyone its time to load up your halo wars... Bear with me, i don't have a capture card so i cant give you a vid
1. click on campaign
2. select mission
3. choose mission 7 scarab
4 . begin the match (any difficulty will do)
5. click start
6. save the game
7. turn off your xbox
8. pull your hd
9. connect your hd to your computer
10. find the halo wars save
(it will be called campaign.sav) in your hd using xport or xplorer360(you should know how to do this... its really obvious)
11. save it somewhere on your computer where you can find it.
12. open up your hex editor
13. open the file in your hex editor
14. search for the hex value of: 530043004100520041004200
15. change that to 440045004E00560045005200
16. save that
17. resign
18. open up xport or xplorer360 and put the file back where you found it
19. put the hd back in your xbox
20. start up halo wars
21. go to campaign
22. choose to load a save file
23. kill_seth's location will be right there in the name of the save file
I'll put up a pic of the final result tomorrow
